We are foodies. We are known to eat, drink and be merry. Our hope is that this magazine and website brings us closer to others with the same mindset. Life is to be enjoyed & celebrated. If cooking is the last noble profession, than dining is the last noble occasion.
We have cut our teeth with over 20 yrs food & hospitality experience each. From dishwasher to sous chef, busboy to bartender; we have done it all. And though we wouldn’t trade our experiences for the world, we figured it was time to start enjoying some of the opposite end of the business. Tasting. And lots of it. We are looking forward to this adventure that begins right outside our door, and hope you will come along for the ride, exploring the many tastes and aromas of the Pikes Peak Region. The following months will bring many local restaurant and food purveyor reviews, culminating in our first print issue, this May 2008.
